“Decolonizing and transformative communications: Instruments of liberation for the peoples of Abya Yala and the world”.
At the request of indigenous organizations and journalists, the Organizing Committee of the III Summit of Indigenous Communication has decided to extend the deadline for inscription to the conference by one month.
The conference, which will take place in November in Cochabamba, Bolivia, seeks to bring indigenous communicators together in order to discuss the role that communications play as a tool of decolonization and liberation for indigenous people around the world.
The new deadline to sign up for the conference is September 30th. This is also the deadline to submit proposals for presentations and workshops.
All conditions for inscriptions and for the submissions of presentations and workshop proposals remain the same.
Presenters and workshop facilitators must submit their papers and an abstract at the beginning of the text. The minimum limit for submissions is three pages, Times New Roman, size twelve font, 1.5 spacing. The maximum limit is 20 pages.
Presenters and workshop facilitators must cede copyright of their writings to the III Summit and send a resume of their works to the same email listed for inscriptions.
